Revelation God
has revealed himself, giving record of his existence, eternal power and
deity, to his creatures. He has done so in two ways, through general
revelation in the creation (nature, the universe, the ocean, a baby,
etc.), and through special revelation in his special intervention in the
world (his choosing and dealings with Israel, the life, death and
resurrection of Christ, etc.) documented in his written word, the Bible,
the Scriptures.
